Summary
In late 2014, CSA Research conducted a survey of 197 buyers of interpreting services from 25 countries (see “The State of the Interpreting Market,” Jan15). The survey asked respondents about the type of services they use, what they spend on each, and how they use them. This brief presents the findings from respondents who purchase telephone interpreting services and from our ongoing interactions with suppliers.
