Summary
Achieving success with digital transformation initiatives – especially with audiences outside of an organization’s home market – is difficult. As if the multiple moving parts, stakeholders, and tight deadlines involved weren’t enough, many companies face real threats to their existence if they don’t get it right – and fast. As a result, local audience input is often pushed down in priority. But, it doesn’t have to be. Based on C-level executive interviews, a survey of content marketing and localization managers, and our ongoing LMM research with global enterprises, this report explains why firms fail and provides action plans for localization teams and their LSP partners to enable them to be successful at global digital transformation.
