Summary
The epicenters of telephone interpreting have traditionally been found in North America and Northern Europe, with some activity in Southern and Western Europe as well. However, our recent global market study showed that the phone-based service is steadily spreading to other parts of the world. In this brief, we discuss how demand for telephone interpreting is growing on the African continent.
