In July and August 2010, Common Sense Advisory surveyed 73 buyers of translation and localization services. We asked them to tell us about the types of language service providers (LSPs) they used – including multi-language vendors (MLVs) and single-language vendors (SLVs) – current work distribution, and how they believed these patterns would change in the coming three years. In this brief, we discuss the findings and how they are relevant to industry providers.
