Adding Languages to Websites – It Gets Easier

Common Sense Advisory has long found that companies are able to add languages more quickly once they reach a critical mass. This observation was anecdotal, based on interviews with practitioners. Now we have solid evidence. New data shows a direct correlation between how many languages they already support on their websites and the number they might add in a given year. In this brief, we show the data and discuss how return on investment (ROI) and the Localization Maturity Model (LMM) both play a role.
