Common Sense Advisory Releases Industry ‘Quick Take’ on SDL International’s Acquisition of Trados, Inc.
In a deal with far-reaching implications, publicly-traded SDL International (SDL) announced today that it will purchase privately-held Trados Inc. for US$60 million.
