Global Business Confidence Surveys
Next Survey: June 25, 2009 through July 10, 2009 At the end of every calendar quarter, we conduct a business confidence survey about the language services sector with buyers, suppliers, and freelancers.
We ask what they saw in the last three months and what they think will happen in the next six months. Our continuing survey, based on an OECD methodology, should take you less than five minutes to complete.
Participants receive a copy of the results of the previous quarter's survey, available as a download after completing the survey.
We are currently running three quarterly surveys:
If you have any questions, please e-mail Don DePalma or call him at +1.978.275.0500 x1001. Thank you.

Who Buys Language Services?
Current Survey: June 25, 2009 through July 15, 2009 Do you sell translation, localization, or interpretation services? Or are you a customer-facing staff member at an LSP? If so, please tell us about your buyers.
Knowing who is buying lets sellers better target their marketing. In research that we conducted in 2004, we profiled the “typical” buyer based on a survey with sales representatives from language service providers (LSPs). You may have heard of that report -- "Finding the Elusive Translation Buyer." We are updating that report and would like to invite you to participate in this year’s survey about who is buying language services. Click here to take the survey – it includes 12 questions and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
Once you complete this survey, you'll be able to download a presentation on our earlier report, “Finding the Translation Buyer” that provides insight into the psyche of your potential customer.
